Walking on the Moon debuted at the Apollo 16 50th Anniversary gala event at the San Diego Air & Space Museum.  The VIP Guest, Astronaut Charlie Duke autographed the frame in metallic Silver ink.  The inspiration came when I saw a specific angle and created a composition with giant footprint steps of Charlie Duke and John Young. I wanted to show the footprint in neon orange to have the viewer see their footprints walking on the moon.  One day soon humans will be walking on the moon again.

Someday we will be walking on the Moon. Bring your friends and enjoy a stroll by walking on the Moon. Someday, we will again be walking on the Moon.

The Artwork depicts Apollo 16 Astronaut Charlie Duke posing for the camera, next to Plum Crater.   The artwork is a composite of 2 photographs that Astronaut John Young snapped while he was on the Moon.   This image is one of the famous poses of Charlie Duke standing next to Plum Crater with their Moon Buggy, also known as a Lunar Rover parked above.   The Original Artwork was signed in metallic Silver ink by Astronaut Charlie Duke on Saturday, April 23, 2022 during the Apollo 16 50th Anniversary Celebration at the San Diego Air & Space Museum.   The Original piece of artwork has walked to new owners on a planet neighboring the Moon.
